Most children over 8 in the foster care system will never find a permanent home and many will suffer abuse in foster homes. Watch the incredible story a young woman who suffered in the system and the moms who helped her and other foster kids with real solutions; Sharon McGinley from the Support Center for Child Advocates of Philadelphia who is also Director of Eddie’s House and Liz Brown from Turtle Nest Village.

Sharon McGinley and Liz Brown help to support and coach foster care children through the Support Center for Child Advocates, Eddie’s House and Turtle Nest Village.
The Support Center for Child Advocates provides legal assistance and social service advocacy to abused and neglected children in Philadelphia County.
