To get started with your facial you need to make the clay that is the foundation of your mask. You can do that by mixing one quarter cup of fullers earth to one half cup of water. Blend until thick but smooth, being sure to add any oils that the recipe calls for. If after adding the oils its still too dry add a little more water a few drops at a time. If you have dry skin then you might want to substitute whole milk for the water, another option is to use half coconut milk and half Shea butter if you have extremely dry and over sensitive skin.

Using this mask helps your skin to appear more youthful and vibrant. Using this mask once every couple of weeks will keep you looking young.

Mix: Cup of green clay, 2 Teaspoons of Buttermilk, 1 Egg Yolk (no egg white), 1 Teaspoon of Honey, 1 Teaspoon of Mayonnaise, Two Drops Lavender Oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and apply. Allow the mask for remain for twenty minutes, then wash off with warm water.

This mask is great to use weekly to provide a refreshing boost of moisture to your skin and give it a much needed shot of Vitamin E.

Combine: Cup of Green Clay, 2 Teaspoons of Avocado Oil, 2 Teaspoons of Water, and 2 Drops of Rose Oil

Facial Advice Number 3: Grape Mask

This mask is great for getting clearer skin and can be used every couple of days if you have a problem with clogged pores.

Combine: Cup Fuller's Earth or Kaolin, Cup Mashed, Seedless Grapes, 1 Tablespoon whole-wheat flour, 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice.

After mixing the ingredients thoroughly apply the mask using a small paintbrush and carefully pat to your face. Allow the mask to sit on your face for twenty minutes then wash off with warm water followed by a cold rinse. Make sure that you use a high quality intensive moisturizer as this mask can dry out your skin.
